I’m enjoying Avengers vs. X-Men, don’t get me wrong, but I’m a more than a little annoyed that they marketed it so heavily as being Hope and Wanda’s story and we’ve barely seen either of them in the main book.

We’ve only seen Scott, Steve, and Logan arguing over who’s right and what should be done. And those are important arguments to be had and the writers are handling all of that beautifully. But instead of seeing a story about Hope and Wanda like I wanted, I’m seeing a story about a bunch of men deciding what Hope should do. Which would be made at least slightly okay if we were following Hope and seeing her perspective on this, but we kind of aren’t. 

That said, we’re only a few issues in and I’m really hoping that the story will become theirs in earnest once Wanda shows up (which will hopefully be soon).

Can Frank Cho draw Hope forever? Pretty please?
